Despatch time

We dispatch each day, Monday to Friday. 

Standard delivery - orders are despatched the next working day (whole rolls of interfacing and custom orders may require a day or two longer).

Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 for express despatch - orders received up until 1pm are despatched the same day, otherwise they are sent the next working day. 

UK Shipping

Standard UK

Standard shipping is sent out via Royal Mail 48 which takes approximately 2-3 days and is not guaranteed. If your package is parcel sized, it will be sent on the Tracked service, otherwise it is non-trackable, though there is confirmation of delivery.

  • £1.80 for orders up to £10
  • £2.60 for orders up to £20
  • £3.25 for orders up to £39.99
  • *£3.25 for Parcel size items up to £39.99.
  • Free delivery for all UK orders £40 and over.""

*Parcel size items are those items that cannot be sent by large letter post i.e. thicker than 2.5 cm. This is indicated on each item (see the Shipping Information drop-down).

Express UK

Express shipping is sent out via Royal Mail 24, which is a next day delivery service. It is NOT a guaranteed service. If you need next day guaranteed, please contact me for a quote. If your package is parcel sized*, it will be sent on the Tracked service, otherwise it is non-trackable, though there is confirmation of delivery.

The cost is generally about £1 higher than the standard shipping rate.

Overseas shipping:

With regret, we can no longer ship to the EU due to the new rules which makes it too costly for small businesses to trade. 

Postage costs for overseas orders vary by region. Standard overseas shipping is sent via the Royal Mail Tracked International Business Priority service.

Shipping rates are based upon your order weight and size. Enter your country and postcode in the cart to get an estimate before checking out. Your shipping costs will then be confirmed at checkout before paying.

If placing a large order, sometimes it can be cheaper to send via a courier or you may prefer a courier a faster delivery. If so, please do contact me.

Delivery times for overseas customers:
Europe: 3 to 5 working days; Rest of World: 6 to 7 working days. These time frames are not guaranteed.

Customs Fees

USA -All prices INCLUDE customs and duties fees. 

Everywhere else, BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS and import taxes that may apply.
